How the line works
From a single pallet to a full truck
Groupage means your goods share a truck with other clients' consignments. You pay for the space you take up, which makes the trip worth it even for a single pallet. For larger volumes and deliveries without transshipment we arrange FTL, where the whole truck is yours.
Departures run weekly, so you are not waiting for enough freight to accumulate before the truck leaves. If your deadline will not wait for the scheduled slot, we arrange a direct run.
Customs
Czechia is in the EU, Serbia is not, and that is where shipments stall
Goods moving from Czechia to Serbia cross the external border of the European Union. That means an export procedure on the Czech side, transit through the countries along the way, and import clearance in Serbia. Each of those steps needs its own paperwork.
The most common reason goods sit at the border is not the transport but the paperwork: a wrong tariff code, an incomplete invoice, a missing document. So we check the documentation before the truck sets off, not once it is already standing at the crossing.
